As you may know, recently our team has released plugins for PrestaShop, OpenCart, and OXID users, so that they can open a merchant account within Genome. And we thought “why stop there?”
Hence, Genome now has an integration with Shopify as well, and the platform users can start a merchant account, and then download a necessary plugin. Side note, we have an easy-to-follow and detailed tutorial on how to open a merchant account, so if you need any extra help with that, make sure to check it out.
After getting an account within Genome, you need to install the Shopify plugin. This is how you do it:
- Go to Genome’s documentation, there you will find an instruction on how to install the plugin for Shopify;
- You will first need to insert your store URL into the form and click “install”;
- You will then need to follow a couple of extra steps on both Genome and Shopify to complete the installation;
After that’s done, you can now process payments through Genome. In other news, we have canceled all the services fees and lowered the SEPA transfers fees for all Lithuanian companies till the end of autumn. Thus, if your business is Lithuania-based, don’t miss out on this opportunity.
